Xbox Store to launch its biggest sale ever tomorrow

For those who have scored Xbox consoles on this year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday, you have every reason to rejoice for the upcoming sale.

The Xbox Store's "biggest sale ever" gets underway tomorrow with the countdown trailer promising "epic games, great deals, and no lines". About 200 games or more will be included among the discounts, and as soon as we find out more specifics (e.g. pricing, additional games, etc.), we shall keep you posted on the latest developments on this Christmas super-sale.

The sale is for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One owners, and the Redmond-based software giant is promising "up to 40 to 60 percent off" on digital games, with the discount stretching to more than 60 percent on some deals.

Providing Xbox gamers with over 17 days of deals that cover hundreds of games, TV shows, applications and movies. And we also did mention in passing that Microsoft will be having its Xbox Store sale on that very same day.

For the first time ever, all Xbox fans can get great deals on the greatest games lineup - Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Forza Motorsport 6, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, and Rare Replay - plus, join Xbox Live Rewards to earn rewards credits. The feature was launched on November 12 this year and many have been enjoying playing older game titles on the new console, according to Larry Hyrb, Director of Programming for Xbox and author of the company's Major Nelson blog.
