According to a SamMobile report, the Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 devices have got the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update in Poland. The rumor mill has revealed alleged specs of the Galaxy Note 6 phablet.

And coming to the power house of the new Samsung flagship beasts, it is going to be a huge 3600mAh battery, capable of pushing the longevity of the beastly device at least for two days. All Samsung says about a timeframe for devices other than the S6 family is "soon".

Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) features a 5.2 inch Full HD (1920×1080) Super AMOLED display. The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge would go live for pre-orders in Netherlands on the launch day itself. The slide mentions a 5.1 inch 1440p display, a 12 megapixel BRITECELL camera, 4GB of RAM, and either Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890. They will also receive their ordered smartphone as early as March 11. Comparatively, the Galaxy S6 edge was priced at €849 initially.

This is in stark contrast to the situation previous year when the company found itself in short supply of panels for the Galaxy S6 Edge. I'm already excited at the mere prospect of that. Samsung is said to be using a new camera technology to capture more light without taking up a lot of space on the phone.

This means that there won't be a microSD card slot this time around, something that Galaxy S series patrons are hoping for the Galaxy S7 during the unpacked event. The Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update that brings these updates is now available for Galaxy S6 and S6 edge devices with the rollout starting today.

We should be seeing the LG G5 and Samsung Galaxy S7 at the MWC this year, while the Sony Xperia Z5 should be making an appearance a few months later.

Overall, things look really good as far as the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are concerned.

The upcoming new Samsung Galaxy S7 and the dual curved Galaxy S7 edge will be available for €700 and €800, respectively in Europe once they're released.
