Kanye West asks Facebook's Zuckerberg for $1 billion for his 'ideas'

The 38-year-old made the claim just before he released his eighth studio album, "Life of Pablo", which premiered exclusively on Tidal before going on sale elsewhere. Please pray we overcome...

West asked Mark Zuckerberg over Twitter to "invest $1 billion into Kanye West ideas". What those ideas are remains a mystery. West sent out a series of Tweets asking Zuckerberg to call him and even asked the public's help getting the founder of Facebook's attention.

West also vowed he would only go to the Grammys if he was guaranteed album of the year, adding: "I am the Jordan and Steph Curry of music, meaning I'm the best of two generations".

"I know I confuse you guys sometimes but, please, bare with me", he adds, calling the vision "a God dream".

West, who claimed he was "still 53 million dollars in personal debt", said that people do not give money to "real artists" like him but rather open schools in Africa. "This is my true heart...", he wrote. I am your favorite artist but you watch me barely breathe and still play my album in your house...

In a statement sent to Billboard, a CNN content partner, a Swift representative said, "Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single "Famous" on her Twitter account".

West, who is married to reality TV star Kim Kardashian, recently launched his Yeezy clothing line, which may be a source of at least some of his financial woes.

World, please tweet, FaceTime, Facebook, instagram, whatever you gotta do to get Mark to support me...

"This is all is fun all in good feelings..."
