All Kell Breaks Loose: Kellyanne Conway Allegedly Punched Guest at Inaugural Ball

A Fox anchor is claiming that Donald Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway threw "some mean punches" at a man during the inaugural ball.

The Trump administration did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The New York Daily News corroborated Gasparino's story, reporting that an unnamed witness saw Conway punch the man in the face "at least three times".

Ms Conway has been unflinching in her public defence of Mr Trump and is credited with turning around the billionaire's faltering campaign at a low point a year ago and playing a key role in the election triumph.

Gasparino wrote: "Whole thing lasted a few mins no one was hurt except maybe the dude she smacked".

Rebekah Mercer is now reportedly lobbying behind the scenes for lucrative contracts for a digital analytics firm that her father owns, while Trump son-in-law, Jared Kushner is attempting to push out Mercer's influence along with her top "insider" which is Kellyanne Conway.

It's unclear at this point where the alleged incident actually took place: Gasparino says it was the Victory Ball in his Facebook post and the Liberty Ball in his tweet.

Mrs Conway told Fox News on Monday night that she had to be assigned Secret Service protection after packages containing "white substances" were delivered to her home.

"Because of what the press is doing now to me, I have Secret Service protection", Conway said, .

Conway said White House press secretary Sean Spicer used "alternative facts" to make the case that Trump's inauguration was "the largest audience to ever witness an inauguration, period".

Mr. Gasparino said that wasn't the only trouble he ran into at the ball.
