Mother of ex-Love & Hip Hop star is 'kidnapped'

Police have deployed a chopper and are also using K-9s to find the woman, who has been missing from her DeKalb County home since Wednesday evening, according to news reports.

Investigators are searching for 54-year-old Kimberly Moore, whose daughter, Chavante "Che" Mack, appeared on Season 2 of the hit VH1 reality show about Atlanta's hip hop industry.

The home was found ransacked with the back door kicked open, yet Moore's auto was still out front. When they searched for her inside the house, she was nowhere to be found. She's the mother of Chavante Mack, former reality TV star of "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta". Moore's auto and other belongings were left at the house.

Family members told 11Alive that she was extremely shaken up when she returned, but they still weren't sure what happened.

Investigators said they're following up on tips about a suspicious vehicle that some neighbors said they saw the night before the disappearance.

Mack, who just welcomed her daughter 10 days earlier, took to Instagram Thursday morning to plead for her mother's safe return. After "Gingy" was born, Che revealed that it was a pretty scary birth, as she had to have the last minute, emergency c-section.

At this time police have announced no demands or lead in the suspected kidnapping. Luckily, the baby is healthy, and we are crossing our fingers that Kimberly comes home safe.
