Late Night Comedians Feast On Flynn: 'It's Funny Because It's Treason'

Seth Meyers, host of NBC's "Late Night", thought the presser was a little hostile. "President Trump gave his first solo press conference today and all of America quietly moved to the other end of the subway auto", he joked. The liberal late-night host also said, "If you don't show up, I'm gonna call you a liar".

Over at The Daily Show, Trevor Noah was gleeful over the resignation, and gave all credit to Trump for his ingenious plan: "Donald Trump's finally draining the swamp of the people he brought to the swamp", he said. Colbert's show last week captured an average of more than three million viewers on three different nights of last week, Nielsen said.

"The powers of the president to protect our country are very substantial and will not be questioned", Stephen Miller said on CBS' "Face the Nation" on Sunday.

While he's certainly been coming up with serious shots and challenges to the President and his staff, I just think it's a matter of time before Stephen Colbert cracks. "With friends like that, who needs Fox & Friends?" he asked. Jimmy Kimmel summarized it for his audience by saying, "You know it's a bad press conference when assuming all black people know each other wasn't even the worst part of it". And what do you know, he has a clip.

"We just learned from multiple intelligence sources that Trump aides were in 'constant touch' with senior Russian officials during the campaign", Colbert announced. "'Hey, Donald, can you set up a meeting with Snooki and the Lorax?'" "We elected a mess".
