Andy Samberg Returns In Trailer For 'Tour De Pharmacy'

"This is not good". Now he's cranking up the absurdity with HBO mockumentary Tour de Pharmacy, which has fun with the doping scandals that have tarnished the cycling world.

"Tour de Pharmacy" follows Samberg's 2015 HBO mockumentary "7 Days in Hell", in which two tennis players (played by Samberg and "Game of Thrones" star Kit Harington) engage in an epic seven-day, five-set match that knocks the stuffing out of them.

Armstrong isn't the only notable star appearing in this HBO project, as the cast includes Samberg, Orlando Bloom, Mike Tyson, Dolph Lundgren, John Cena, Will Forte, J.J. Abrams, Joe Buck, Daveed Diggs, Kevin Bacon (gasps for air), Danny Glover, Jeff Goldblum, Chris Weber, James Marsden, Nathan Fieler and more. Most of this trailer is hilarious, but the Lance Armstrong gag at the end hit a sour note.

He previously appeared as himself in Dodgeball (pre-career freefall) and was actually pretty impressive at playing a amusing version of himself, but whether or not we as an audience are willing to accept him poking fun at himself here is yet to be seen. Lance Armstrong even stops by to dish the inside scoop. Tour de Pharmacy premieres July 8. Check out the latest episode of SportsJOE Live - featuring Stephen Ferris, Paul Galvin, Dion Fanning and Conor's Sketches. Riddled with nefarious characters, that year's competition was a hornet's nest of moral depravity.
