Hillary Clinton Goes Tweet-to-Tweet with President Trump Over 'Covfefe'

It only read "Despite the constant negative press covfefe" - a gnomic post that brought confusion and memes as people attempted to work out what he was saying.

When asked whether people should be concerned that the president sent out an incoherent tweet and left it up for hours, Spicer said: "No".

Despite the bewilderment sweeping the world online, Trump himself appeared to embrace the fun side of his mistake, posting: "Who can figure out the true meaning of "covfefe"???".

"Yet." More than five hours later the tweet had been neither corrected nor deleted, nor was there any hint of what Trump was trying to say.

The only great thing President Donald Trump has given the world since his election is comedy gold.

According to a press release issued by the club, patrons who come in and use the code word "Covfefe" will get 20 percent off of their orders when they utter the phrase to their servers.

In the White House press briefing this morning, reporters were keen to know just what had happened, with one reporter asking if it was at all concerning that something like this could happen and (seemingly) no one would notice.

Who can figure out the true meaning of "covfefe"???

He blew past follow-up questions about the meaning of covfefe. Air France U.K. tweeted, "Breaking Our newest destination is sunny #Covfefe!".

Another suggested "covfefe" was becoming a popular name for babies in states that voted for Trump. No further explanation. Just "covfefe". He wrote: "I'll never write anything funnier than #covfefe".

Republican strategist Liz Mair, by contrast, saw it as a way for the White House to create a distraction from negative stories about the president.

Whatever his level of interest in politics, it is clear that Fabregas, like most people, is paying attention to President Trump.
