Jay Z's new album to be out on June 30

The rapper dropped a 30-second snippet of his track "Adnis" online Sunday night, with the album set to be released on Jun. 30 as a TIDAL and Sprint exclusive.

Jay Z teases what may be a new project, while partnering Tidal with mobile giant, Sprint. After building up hype for his mysterious 4:44 campaign, it seems slowly, but surely that all will be revealed. Well, we have a little bit of insight to glean from this new commercial promoting the God MC's partnership between Sprint and Tidal.

Jay Z will release his thirteenth album, 4:44, on June 30 but it will be an exclusive to Tidal, his streaming service, and Sprint, who owns 33% of Tidal.

Every one of Jay Z's previous twelve studio albums has gone at least Platinum with 1998's Vol. 2.Hard Knock Life now five-times Platinum.

The new album from Jay Z is his first release since 2013's Magna Carta Holy Grail, which hit #1 on Billboard's Top 200 charts. The album is titled 4:44, which I guess is both an album and a film? Sprint users can get a free six month trial of Tidal HiFi and listen to the album for free.
