'Cash Me Outside' Girl Pleads Guilty To Criminal Charges

Danielle Bregoli Peskowitz pleaded guilty to grand theft charges, one charge of filing a false report and one count of marijuana possession, according to WPTV. But when police arrived, Bregoli accused her mother of using drugs and pointed to powdered sugar scattered on a bathroom counter that she described as heroin.

Two additional charges against Bregoli were dismissed Wednesday.

The South Florida teen that drew worldwide attention on television with her "Cash me Ousside" catchphrase on "Dr. Phil" pleaded guilty to several charges Wednesday. This year, Bregoli was found in a auto with marijuana.

She is expected to be sentenced on July 22.

The teen was joined by her mother, Barbara Bregoli, in Delray Beach court and the pair were flanked by two bodyguards as they exited the courtroom, according to local station WPBF.

Robert Shalhoub, a West Palm Beach-based attorney hired by Bregoli's father Ira Peskowitz, asked Judge Lou Delgado to impose a "no-internet" condition on Bregoli, pending her next court hearing. The judge denied the request.

His attorney said he will return to court to dispute the current custody arrangement in a few weeks.

Danielle Bregoli Peskowitz attracted an online following last September after saying the phrase during the TV talk show.

The infamous 14-yer-old girl entered the pleas to charges that stemmed from an incident before her 2016 appearance on the Dr. Phil television show where her catchphrase went viral. She's also encountered more controversy, getting kicked off of a Spirit Airlines flight with her mother after an alleged confrontation with another woman and becoming the subject of a recent lawsuit by a woman who said someone in Danielle's entourage broke her nose in an attack outside a Lake Worth restaurant in February.

Ira and Barbara Ann, Danielle\u0027s parents, are possibly headed for a custody battle over their now-famous daughter.
