JD(U) Calls Meeting Of Bihar MLAs At Nitish Kumar's Official Residence Tomorrow

While talking to ANI, the RJD chief said, "The Vidhan Mandal of our party has taken a decision that Tejashwi Yadav will not resign".

As asked by JD (U), deputy chief minister Tejashwi resigns and Lalu nominates someone else from the party as deputy CM.

"Our alliance is unbreakable".

JD (U) chief general secretary K C Tyagi told PTI that Kumar, at a party meeting on Tuesday, had dwelt on the importance of morality in politics and stressed on "politics of principles". Tejaswi Prasad said that he believes in zero tolerance against corruption and no corruption has taken place during his tenure as Minister.BJP leader of Bihar Mr Sushil Kumar Modi said RJD should come forward to reply with evidence to all the accusations levelled against Tejaswi.

"When Nitish Kumar was in an alliance with the BJP there were no issues during this time". We want the Grand Alliance to continue, there is no doubt about that.

"They (RJD) must come out with a rebuttal as part of the coalition "dharma", so that the Mahagathbandhan's (Grand Alliance) image in terms of public probity is not damaged", he said.

The CBI had registered an FIR against Tejashwi Yadav for being the owner of Lara (Lalu-Rabri) Projects LLP, which was allegedly transferred three acres of land near Saguna Mor in Patna. Senior leaders in the party maintain that if he alone resigns, it will send a wrong signal, nearly of accepting the crime and bending to the JD (U)'s whims. It's not clear yet whether the meeting will be on the current political crisis in the state. Media reports are showing that Sonia ji has held talks with me and Nitish ji, all this is false.

Bihar Deputy CM one his way out? In what appeared to be a subtle response to Tejaswi's skipping the event, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar switched seats to avoid labor resources minister and RJD leader Vijay Prakash who was sitting next to him.

After much speculation, deputy chief minister of Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav has finally decided not to oblige the opposition's demand for his resignation. It may tantamount to bowing under BJP pressure."If Tejashwi is dropped, all 11 RJD ministers will also quit the government but the party will continue to support the government from outside". "Lalu's main interest is that the alliance should remain intact despite bitterness in an attempt to frustrate the possible move of Nitish to go back to the NDA", said a senior RJD leader claiming that this was the most favourite plan of the RJD. "There is no question at all of ending it", he said.
