WWE Cancels Talking Smack

WWE Cancels Talking Smack

Opinion: I have no idea why this show needed to be canceled as it would seem to be as simple as getting a camera crew and finding someone to talk to. Young was a mainstay on the program, with either Daniel Bryan, Shane McMahon or others co-hosting on Tuesday nights after SmackDown.

Check out WWE's official statement below.

The "Talking Smack" show will be missed for a number of reasons but the number one reason is that it helped elevate a lot of superstars from the lower mid-card to the main event scene.

Perhaps the biggest example of helping current talent is the angle between The Miz and Daniel Bryan.

The Miz, the undisputed patron saint of the Tuesday night show, sent out honest condolences.

First of all, the WWE gave their own reasons for canceling "Talking Smack".

According to PWinsider.com, the WWE has made a decision to stop airing the show weekly, but will still have it following Smackdown Live pay-per-views. "Talking Smack and Raw Talk will air following pay-per-view events, and Tuesday will continue to feature 205 Live". Every week, the show went on air to declare the fallouts from the main show of Smackdown. Because the WWE wanted 205 Live to be a live show, they moved "Talking Smack" to after it.
