Police were stunned when they were sent photographic evidence of the woman's white Ford Taurus dragging the vulnerable kids around a roundabout on Wednesday evening.

She allegedly claimed that she just wanted to "show the kids a good time".

It goes on to state that at least one witness took photos and videos.

According to drivers' reports, Donahue allegedly waved at vehicles to go around her as she drove in circles and one even reported that they had even nearly hit the children.

The children are 3 and 5 years old, according to police dispatch logs.

McKee said Donahue was not intoxicated.
