Tekken 7 welcomes Fatal Fury star as incoming DLC character

Game director Katsuhiro Harada first announced Geese Howard during the conclusion of the "Tekken 7" finals at the EVO 2017 gaming event, along with an announcement trailer. Pricing hasn't been revealed just yet. His 2D moveset transitions just as well into the game as Akuma's Street Fighter abilities.

Since crossovers are all the rage nowadays in fighting games, the new character indeed comes from another series, or multiple to be precise, it's Geese Howard from SNK's Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series.

In addition, a new character will be revealed at this year's San Diego Comic-Con event. And it seems that he's going to keep up that business when he debuts in Tekken 7. Check out Geese's gameplay video below. Geese looks pretty stunning and all the more intimidating in 3D with his signature red hakama training trousers on. If you want one of the best fighting games to be released this year, Tekken 7 is essential.

The bowling mini-game was first introduced in "Tekken Tag Tournament" and it became a popular game mode during the PlayStation 2 era.

A little while back, we have learned that Tekken 7, the latest entry in the series released on PC and consoles last month, will be getting more guest characters in the future.
