Judge Throws Out Fired DJ's Suit Against Taylor Swift

Mueller is suing Swift because he was sacked from his radio co-host job in 2013 after she claimed he lifted her skirt and grabbed her butt while they posed for a photo at a meet and greet during her Denver Red Tour concert.

Mueller, 55, sued Swift in 2015 for damages, saying that the singer had falsely accused him of groping her, according to Reuters.

27-yr-old Swift has countersued the DJ for allegedly groping her after she agreed to pose for a photo with him.

Now The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that judge William Martinez has thrown out Mueller's case against Taylor Swift because the former radio DJ could not provide enough evidences of Swift personally getting him ravage.

However, the rest of the allegations that the former radio host made against Swift's mother and her liaison officer will still be decided upon for a verdict, The Guardian added. A judge will make a call next week.

She is seeking $1 dollar in damages which is as now as famous as the courtcase itself. In a statement Swift wrote she would hope that going to trial for this case will 'serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts'.

"When he went to put his arm behind her, I saw her skirt go up and his hand went under there", Greg Dent said.

Andrea said that she felt like throwing up when she heard about the assault.

Ms Swift complained to KYGO and the station fired Mr Mueller two days later. The Guardian reported that the radio host said, "No, I did not [grab her backside]". "A very long grab".

The pop superstar testified for about an hour on Thursday, sometimes using unflinching language in giving her account of what happened.

Mr Mueller's ex-girlfriend who was also in the photo, Shannon Melcher, also testified on Friday.
