The re-creation of the new Star Trek series' spacecraft's voyage occurred about 24 hours before the first episode of "Star Trek: Discovery" was set to debut Sunday night on CBS and CBS All Access.

You can get the full rundown in our roundup detailing everything you need to know about Star Trek: Discovery.

The first episode will be airing on CBS following the football game today and then all subsequent episodes will be streamed exclusively on the CBS All Access app.

Outside of the United States, excluding Canada, Netflix subscribers will be able to stream Star Trek: Discovery included in their monthly fee.

Future episodes of Star Trek: Discovery will be released Sundays at 8:30 p.m. ET on CBS All Access.

Signing up is easy. CBS is also offering a free trial period for new CBS All Access subscribers.
