Razer teases it's

We first heard about Razer making a smartphone back in July, but since then, the rumor mill has quieted down a bit. The brand proving itself in this market now aims to reach mobile players.

The event has been announced through the gaming accessory company's Twitter account.

According to the teaser on the company's website, the product will be launched on November 1, with a tagline that reads "Watch for our biggest unveiling". In the meantime, you can head over to the website and sign up to receive updates on whatever it is that Razer plans on unveiling.

Razer SVP Tom Moss had also earlier last week tweeted a photo of him with CEO Tan Min Liang, with what looks suspiciously like a phone peeking out of Tan's pocket.

At the beginning of this year, gaming hardware company Razer made a surprising move when they acquired struggling smartphone company Nextbit Systems, a company best known for their affordable cloud based smartphone, the Nextbit Robin.
