Galaxy A5 (2018) existence confirmed by Samsung on its Korean website

Galaxy A5 (2018) existence confirmed by Samsung on its Korean website

Firstly, a Samsung mobile with model number SM-A530N was listed on the U.S. government-run Federal Communications Commission (FCC), along with certifications which are mandatory for entry into the market. Samsung Galaxy A5's model number has also been spotted on Samsung's official website. In terms of connectivity, the processor is expected feature 6CA (carrier aggregation) to replace the 5CA on the Exynos 8895 Octa-core SoC, which powered the Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+ and the Note 8. That page apparently confirms the existence of the A5 (2018). The Galaxy A5 (2016) that arrived in December 2015 had a model number of SM-A510.

In the camera department, Galaxy J3 (2018) will come equipped with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera, both supporting Full HD video capture. However, the listing of the phone does not contain any details on its specs. A recent HTML test of the phone uncovered a display resolution of 412×816, which gives the phone an 18.5:9 aspect ratio, which is the same as the current flagships by Samsung.

The Exynos 7885 chipset will be powering the Galaxy A5 (2018) smartphone along with 4 GB of RAM.

The report adds the Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 got FCC approval on November 9. Hopefully, we may also come across a dual-camera variant.

If this truly is a miniature version of the S lineup, then we expect that the device would be released alongside the S9 and S9 Plus which are set to be debuted in the first quarter of 2018.

Alongside the A5 (2018), the South Korean smartphone manufacturer is also working on the successor of this year's flagship phones - Galaxy S8 and S8+.

Talking about the actual specifications of the Galaxy J3 (2017), the phone has a display of 5 inches with 720×1280 pixels. Talking about the RAM, Galaxy J3 (2018) will have 2GB RAM with 16GB internal storage.
