Reliance Jio has partnered with smartphone maker Opp to launch additional data offer for Jio users. As per the "Jio Oppo Additional Data Offer" effective from October 27, Jio subscribers who purchase an Oppo device and get a recharge of Rs 309 or above will get upto 100 GB of additional Jio 4G data over multiple recharges. Apart from the mobile data, under this recharge pack, Bharti Airtel is also offering unlimited local/STD calls as well as other benefits like outgoing calls in national roaming and free SMS with a daily limit of 100.

Reliance Jio's prepaid plans have set a new benchmark for other telecom operators forcing them to match the former in providing lucrative offers. This new plans directly competes with Jio's Rs. 4,999 plan, which offers 350GB data, unlimited voice, roaming and SMS with a total validity of 360 days. Oppo launches this offer to celebrate the launch of the Oppo F5 which comes with FHD+ full-screen display and AI-based beauty technology inside the 20MP front camera at Rs 19,990. To profit the offer, you will initially need an Oppo mobile and second, a Jio SIM. To activate these data vouchers, a customer should choose the "View Voucher" option in this tab.

How to redeem the data benefit? "Additional data voucher would be credited in MyJio application under My Vouchers section within 48hrs of recharge", says the company in a release. This offer allows Oppo users to avail additional data on their phones.

You can recharge your Oppo F5, F3, F3 Plus and F1 Plus with Rs. 309 or above to avail the extra data.

Similarly, customers who buy new OPPO F1s, A33F, A37F, A37Fw, A57, and A71 smartphones are eligible for a 60GB data offer. "Through this association, we will be able to reach out to more consumers", said Will Yang, Brand Director, Oppo India, in a statement.
