But those rumors turned out to be false and Samsung did not release a mini version of their flagship device.

Samsung pushed the release of its Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus nearly by a month in order to confirm its devices out of any fault. But it should be noted that the Galaxy S8 was launched in March and released in April as Samsung was recovering from the unforeseen Galaxy Note 7 crisis.

He also added other details about the new S9 range such as the 3D sensor which he claims will be used for the front camera. It is rumored that both the smartphone will carry the same infinity display as in Galaxy S8 series. New reports suggest that the two new flagship phones will be accompanied by a smaller sibling, the Galaxy S9 Mini. We can not trust that rumor as such a kind of rumor was also came at the time of Galaxy S7 and S7 Plus but no Mini variant was released. The camera quality will be much more improved than the S8 series this is for sure. Earlier this week, an alleged Samsung Galaxy S9+ was spotted on Geekbench, giving us an early look into some of the core specs of the phone. According to a recent report, Samsung will be launching their new flagships at MWC 2018 in February.

Twitter user "Ice Universe" who is known to spread mobile device specifications before their launch, revealed the information.
