Apple's iMac Pro may have hands-free Siri voice control

While the HomePod might have been delayed until early 2018, the iMac Pro is still set to debut later next month. That would line up with leaks which had custom ARM chips handling macOS' Power Nap feature, which fetches data while the system is sleeping.

We still have yet to hear confirmation on whether this feature will be shipping in the iMac Pro, but Apple should begin confirming things relatively soon since December is just a matter of days away.

More importantly, Guilherme Rambo has found references to always-on "Hey Siri" support, which means you might not have to click an icon to invoke Siri to ask her about the weather.

Apple now ships a custom ARM chip called the "T1" in its latest MacBook Pro models that feature Touch ID and the Touch Bar.

Apple along with new updated MacBook and iMac lineup also announced it's most powerful iMac ever called the iMac Pro. Code reveals that the iMac Pro will likely be always running like the iPhone is always on too. It depends on the number of options Apple will give customers to configure the iMac Pro.

According to the information discovered the new iMac Pro will come with always on Siri and this will apparently be powered by an Apple A1o Fusion chip and 512MB of RAM. For the first time, a Mac is sporting an A10 Fusion CPU.
