New Gotenks Trailer Shows His Moves In Dragon Ball FighterZ

The Japanese Dragon Ball FighterZ has updated, revealing new information on the three newly announced fighters: Gotenks, Adult Gohan, and Kid Buu. Bandai Namco wrapped up the character unveilings by detailing the new arcade mode. Nothing out of the ordinary there, but apparently, you'll also be increasing your rank as you rack up the wins, which should give you something of a long-term goal. Arcade will feature three courses and after full completion, hard mode will be available to challenge fighters. "With the Zeni points collected in all the battles, players will also have the opportunity to unlock alternative colors for playable characters and get various items in the in-game shop". Climb the arcade ladder in the comments section below. Gotenks, Adult Gohan and Kid Buu will be featured in the upcoming 2D fighter. "Gohan (Adult) can change the outcome of the fight by unleashing his ultimate ability mid-game to unlock his true power!"

Dragon Ball FighterZ will become available on January 26th, 2018.

Accoding to the press release, each character will have special abilities and attacks to spice up the battles.

Most of the techniques from the anime/manga have made it into Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Kid Buu is described as "unpredictable in his thoughts and unremorseful for his actions", a fierce fighter able to unleash numerous powerful attacks against his opponents, and one of the most risky characters you'll face in Dragon Ball FighterZ. He can stretch his arm, so reach should never be a problem! All of his signature attacks are here, including the super ghost kamikaze attack which Dragon Ball Z fans will no doubt remember. Additionally, he is wearing a blue and yellow Metamoran vest, which all Fusion dance characters wear.
