Bridge Constructor meets Portal in Bridge Constructor Portal

Bridge Constructor meets Portal in Bridge Constructor Portal

The game's trailer seems to have leaked, and while there is a new Portal something coming, it's not Portal 3.

Bridge Constructor Portal, as the name suggests, combines gameplay from Bridge Constructor and Portal.

"Hello and welcome back to the Aperture Science computer-aided enrichment center". Rather than a Valve-made sequel to Portal 1 and 2, today "Headup Games" announced that they would be releasing "Bridge Constructor Portal", a spin-off of the Bridge Constructor series. They can fail due to weight and physics etc, so you can also purposefully cause crashes and bridge collapses to witness some havoc.

Portal 3 might not be a reality anytime soon, but that hasn't stopped Valve from allowing other developers to use its license. And even if there was a game called that none of the original three writers still work at Valve, so it would never be the same. After that it'll be headed to consoles (that includes PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One) "early next year".

Bridge Constructor Portal is expected to come out in two weeks, on the 20th of December, for PC, Android, and iOS.

In a press release, Headup Games said:"For the past year we've been secretly working in our underground labs on the next iteration of the million-selling Bridge Constructor series". Judging by how things have been going with release dates lately on the App Store, I wouldn't be too surprised to see it pop up sometime on December 19th, but, we'll see.
