N'Zonzi flies out to London

Everton have been linked with the player, who are now managed by his former Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce, but reports in the Spanish media suggest it is Arsenal who are close to wrapping up a deal.

Now in London, the France international's presence in the capital led to claims he was using the trip to sort out his transfer, but N'Zonzi made it clear that wasn't the case.

The Sevilla midfielder was spotted on Tuesday arriving in London despite his team scheduled to play four hours north in Liverpool on Wednesday night. At first it was reported that he was negotiating with two interested Premier League clubs: Everton and Arsenal.

According to Cadena Cope, Sevilla have given N'Zonzi permission to fly to London to resolve his future. Nevertheless, a move from Sevilla in January looks very likely.

"My future is clearly elsewhere than in Sevilla". Sevilla were 0-3 down at the break but recovered to secure a 3-3 draw.

Reports from Spain claim that the French global has fallen out with Sevilla head coach Eduardo Berizzo. "The coach pointed a little, I do not hold a grudge, I'm not here to argue with him, but his words then mean the relationship broke down".

N'Zonzi made a name for himself in England with Blackburn Rovers, after impressing with Amiens in France. What does that mean?

Steven N'Zonzi is a quality player and would be a sound addition to the Arsenal squad.

On links with Arsenal and Everton, N'Zonzi confirmed he was in London with his son, but seems prepared to leave Sevilla: "It may be interesting for Sevilla to sell me".
