Chelsea do not fear Barca or PSG-Hazard

The Champions League group stage has come to a close and the winners and losers have been determined. We've managed to get more points from the team which finished top of the group than the team which finished bottom.

Chelsea and Manchester United progressed to the knockout stages, in second and first place respectively, while Celtic claimed third to guarantee European football in the New Year in the form of the Europa League.

Teams from the same group or country can not be drawn against each other, limiting some of the potential match-ups in the first knockout stage.

Chelsea found themselves with little alternatives as, at the moment, Psg, Besiktas and Barcelona are the only clubs that Antonio Conte's side can face in the last-16 stage.

Atleti have been eliminated from the Champions League due to today's results.

He also made it clear that while the draw options were less than ideal, Chelsea are a big enough club to be able to cope with whatever is thrown at them. A group victor will face a runner-up in the last-16.

If Liverpool do secure top spot that makes things even trickier for Chelsea.

Arsenal's quest to win the Europa League for the first time in their history has become a significantly tougher prospect after the introduction of several prominent teams into the Round of 32 draw.

We will remind that on Wednesday, December 6, is the only representative of Ukraine Donetsk "Shakhtar" will try to win a ticket to the playoffs of the Champions League: our website holds online text of "Shakhtar" - "Manchester city". If Mauricio Pochettino can keep Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen fit and firing, Tottenham could match their famous run to the quarter-finals in 2011, at least.

When is the draw and when are the games?

UEFA blazers gather in Nyon, Switzerland to decide the ties.
