Huawei Nova 2s launched with 6-inch display and Kirin 960 chipset

The Huawei Nova 2s is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. The device is available in a special Yixing Zhang with 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage which is priced at 3399 Yuan (approximately Rs 33,178). The device is powered by an octa-core Huawei Kirin 960 processor, mated to an i6 co-processor and a Mali G71 octa-core GPU. The phone comes with a dedicated selfie flash for the front camera, facial recognition functionality and a premium shiny glass back.

The highlight of the Huawei Nova 2s Full-screen display and four camera setup as there are dual front and dual rear cameras. The Huawei Nova 2s looks just like images suggested, this is Huawei's all-new mid-range smartphone which sports really thin bezels, and a ton of RAM, actually.

In terms of features, Huawei Nova 2s features a 6-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels that translates to 18:9 aspect ratio. Huawei has also managed to cram in a narrow home button on the chin which houses the fingerprint sensor as well. It comes with 4GB/6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via micro sd card.

On the camera front, it gets a dual-camera system at the rear with a 20MP primary sensor and a 16MP secondary sensor.

Numerous leaks about the Huawei Nova 2S already hint at the phone's specs.

On the left side of the Nova 2s device, one can see the device barren, however, right at the right edge, the device comes with volume buttons as well as the power key. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 out of the box. It is backed by a respectable 3,340mAh battery. The phone is carved out of glass and metal, and weighs in at 169 grams. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, 3G and 4G. The China-first (only?) FHD+ phone is tipped to cost 2,899 yuan (around $440) in an "entry-level" 4GB RAM configuration, with two extra gigs of memory fetching CNY 300 more ($485 in total).
