Prince George Had the Cutest Role in His School's Nativity Play

It seems even being royal doesn't score you a plum role in your school plays, because Prince George was relegated to the animal cast for his first one this year. "I went to my boy's nativity play".

During a visit to the Children's Global Media Summit in Manchester on Wednesday morning, Prince William shared the story of the four-year-old's moment in the limelight. "It was amusing", before adding: "He was a sheep".

Awwww. We bet the young royal looked adorable in his nativity costume!

Having started school in September, Prince George has spent the last few months enjoying life as a full-time primary school pupil.

'He was a sheep, ' his proud dad told the children.

Last month, William gave a speech at the launch of the taskforce at Google's London headquarters and said he hoped the United Kingdom could become a world leader on tackling cyberbullying. Although, you'd think the role of one of the three kings would be more fitting... It was amusing, ' the soon to be dad-of-three told school children.

In the letter, the tot circled that he had been "nice", rather than "naughty" and asked for a "police car" under the tree. He's had practice with that; he and his sister, Princess Charlotte, took part in their aunt Pippa Middleton's wedding this year.
