Bayonetta 3 exclusive to Switch announced

Not only that, but Nintendo has also revealed that Bayonetta 2 will be made available for the Nintendo Switch in a couple of months, which will also include the first game.

The Game Awards are underway and Nintendo America's Reggie Fils-Aime took to the stage with host Geoff knightly to announce some big news for Platinum Games fans.

They didn't show much, but clearly there will be a lot of bullets flying, either in slow motion or in bullet hell style. Bayonetta 2 will be in cartridge form, while the original game will be a free download.

Bayonetta 3 is now in development for Nintendo Switch, while the first two titles will arrive for the system on February 16th, 2018.

What a bombshell at The Game Awards 2017.

A few months back, we predicted that Nintendo would bring Bayonetta to the Nintendo Switch. It did garner a cult following though, and this sequel will surely generate a ton of excitement on Nintendo Switch.
