Huawei starts rolling out Oreo update For Honor 9 and Honor V9

We have reported about the launch of Huawei's new smartphone, the Huawei Nova 2s phone December 7.

Of course, there's also the Nova 2S' 6-inch 2160 x 1060 FullView Display with very minimal bezels. The smartphone will be available in Black, Gray, Red, Rose Gold and Blue colour options. Nova 2s has a premium metal and glass chassis with rounded corners. Another special edition namely Yixing Zhang Nova 2s will have 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device has an introductory mid-range price tag of CNY 2,699 (approx Rs 27,000), but there is also a version of the phone which is priced at CNY 3,399 (approx Rs 33,000).

The Nova 2s smartphone is powered by a 64-bit octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 960 SoC Chipset.

You will get EMUI 8.0 on top of Android 8.0 Oreo, bringing several new features, UI changes, performance improvements, and security enhancements. The device offers 6GB/4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. One will have RAM 4GB and storage 64GB while the other will have RAM 6GB and storage 64GB.

Camera Specifications of Huawei Nova 2s - Coming to the camera specs of Huawei Nova 2s, the smartphone comes with a dual rear camera and dual front camera. Interestingly enough, the front facing cameras are not just for selfies, but are also for face unlocking, which Huawei is quite proud of, which hints at a feature that we might be able to expect for the next flagship Huawei Mate. Fast charging is done by the Huawei SuperCharge feature that can juice up the battery to 50% within half an hour.

Other features of the phone include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS / Glonass, NFC and USB Type-C.
