Oppo F5 Youth launches in India for INR 16990

The main highlight of the Oppo F5 Youth is the integration of AI beautification capability with support for facial unlock capability.

The Oppo F5 Youth has been priced at Rs. 16,990 in India. The display has an 18:9 aspect ratio which is a common feature among most flagship smartphones these days. This is the same device we had covered when it launched first in The Philippines late last month. The smartphone will be available from 8th December via offline and online e-commerce websites. This watered-down version of the Oppo F5 is just as good, however. Under its hood, the Oppo F5 youth has an octa-core MediaTek Helio P23 processor which will work in tandem with 3GB RAM as well as a rather unimpressive 32GB of internal storage capacity, expandable further by using a microSD card. The smartphone offers a state of the art 6.0-inch FHD+ 2160x1080p resolution IPS LCD screen, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top.

Oppo F5 features a 6-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2180×1080 pixels. There's a 32 00 mAh battery which can keep running your device whole day without any issue. In comparison, the Oppo F5 was launched with a 16-megapixel rear camera sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 20-megapixel front camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture. Other similarities include Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and the set of connectivity features.

Some differences in terms of colour options aside, Oppo F5 Youth features a 13-megapixel primary camera with an aperture of f/2.2 compared to Oppo F5 with a 16-megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture.

Now it is not available for buying and we expect it to be available very soon. The device comes with a fingerprint sensor on the back.
