Bannon To Be Interviewed By House Intel For Russia Probe

Separately, Representative Adam Schiff, the panel's top Democrat, told reporters on Thursday he would like "dozens" more witnesses, including Bannon, to appear before the committee, making clear he does not view its investigation of Russian Federation and the election as near its end. "Kasowitz has gotten him out of all kinds of jams", Bannon reportedly said.

Trump, ready to say just about anything to win, became the ideal vehicle to advance Bannon's crude ideological views to the highest office in the country.

The White House has attacked Wolff as well, and an attorney for Trump sent a "cease and desist" letter to him and the book's publisher.

Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon will appear before the a House committee next week for an interview in regards to the Russian Federation probe.

Trump then steered the conversation to Bannon, who was recently ousted from Breitbart News amid a public feud with the President. After the win, he accompanied Mr. Trump to the White House and became his chief strategist. The meeting also involved her brother, Donald Trump Jr., and her husband and White House special advisor, Jared Kushner.

"There are still dozens of witnesses that we could bring in", Schiff told reporters. He said Wolff's portrayal of the president as an "idiot surrounded by clowns" is an "incomplete and unsatisfying sketch".

To the editor: The only forces that can control President Donald Trump are the Cabinet and the Republicans in Congress.

"I can't justify what Steve said", Lewandowski said on "Fox News Sunday". The White House has called her accusation "totally false and ridiculous". This is like taking it to a whole new low, " she said on ABC's "This Week".

The Republican situation is getting much more serious; the danger of nuclear war between two sick leaders is appalling and no one should count on impeachment as a likely short-term solution because it is very hard, even with a willing Congress, which is not presently present.
