BJP hits back at Karnataka CM over 'terrorist' tag

Dr Parameshwara said that earlier Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar had written a letter to BJP State President B S Yeddyurappa expressing his willingness for talks on release of water but on Wednesday he has stated that his government is not willing for talks and will wait for Tribunal verdict.

The war of words between the Congress and BJP's "star campaigner" Yogi Adityanath, sparked by the recent exchange of hostilities with Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah during Yogi's visit to the state, escalated in the form an "attack" video on social media that poked fun at the Hindu hardliner. "Because he wont speak anything of this kind if he has no intelligence input", Congress spokesperson Tom Vadakkan told reporters here.

The Prime Minister's comment came in the backdrop of a bitter feud between the chief ministers of Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh on Twitter.

"BJP, RSS and Bajrang Dal are like terrorists".

Defending Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's "Hindu terror" jibe at the BJP-RSS, Karnataka Home Minister Ramalinga Reddy on Friday said those who created an atmosphere of terror in the society were called terrorists. I am also a Hindu, but I'm a Hindu with humanity; they are Hindus without humanity. Today, Siddaramaiah is again in the spotlight for the U-turn that he has made. "People of Karnataka will decide whether elections can be won by making such statements", he said.

"This government is practicing vote-bank politics and it is anti-Hindu".

"Shahs intention is to win".

MV Anil, local BJP leader was arrested by the district police as he allegedly harassed Dhanya blaming her for being friendly with a man of another religion.
