Brown questionable for Steelers matchup Sunday

Just when it looks like Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is healthy again, he faces another issue that kept him off the practice field Friday.

The Steelers sent Brown home from practice Friday due to an illness, though he's going to play Sunday.

"I didn't want him to get any of the guys who weren't sick, sick", Tomlin said, via the Associated Press. "We'll bring him back in the building tomorrow and continue on with his game readiness but I really don't have a lot of reservations from a physical health standpoint".

Brown injured his calf on the 21st offensive snap against the Patriots on December 17.

The good news is that Brown actually had a decent day against him in the regular season catching 10 passes for 157 yards.

Cornerback Aaron Colvin (illness), linebacker Telvin Smith (ankle) and linebacker Paul Posluszny (abdomen), who all sat out Wednesday, were limited at Thursday's practice.

Brown set an National Football League record with 100-plus receptions in five consecutive seasons, including 101 this season. He has shown he can be a game-changer in first campaign hauling in 58 catches for 917 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
