The ISI top brass recently held a secret meeting in Rawalpindi with the senior Pakistani Army officers and the bosses of several terrorist outfits to chalk out a strategy to counter the Indian response. Army chief also said that the time has come for India to shift focus to its northern border.Bipin Rawat cautioned that the country can not allow its neighbors to drift towards China. "The Chinese are also very clear", he said.
