Cardi B Reportedly Signs Her First Movie Deal

Cardi is dominating the radio waves and the charts.

The breakout rapper has surpassed Beyoncé as the first woman to have five Top 10 singles simultaneously on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop songs chart. I specifically mention Beyonce because before now, her and Cardi were the only women to have had four songs in the top 10 at the same time until right now when Cardi beat her to five.

Rising rap star Cardi B has reportedly landed her first film role.

Her latest collaboration with Bruno Mars, "Finesse (Remix)", is now at the top of the chart, while the G-Eazy collab "No Limit" sits at No. 3. It succeeded "Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)" which accumulated a six-week stint from September to October 2017.

After her bomb AF track "Bodak Yellow", her other singles and features including "Bartier Cardi", "No Limit" with G-Eazy, "Motorsport" with Migos and Nicki Minaj, as well as her latest guest appearance on Bruno Mars' "Finesse" have brought her to the top.

Cardi also ties with Drake and Kendrick Lamar for the most back to back Top 10s, according to Billboard. Her personal life is also on top of the world. With that said, it's unclear how much Cardi is getting paid, but sources say the Bronx rapper had to turn down other opportunities that month that would've made her between $100K-$200K. The "Juice" singer gave a preview of the track on social media.
