Arsenal share Kanu's classic against Tottenham ahead of North London derby

Tottenham's last loss in the Premier League came against Manchester City at the Etihad.

Arsenal can be backed at 5/2 (3.50) to take the three points and should be high on confidence after a dominant 5-1 win over Everton last time out.

Tottenham 2-2 Arsenal: The Gunners have an excellent record at Wembley having won their last nine games at the national stadium but they haven't beaten Spurs away since 2014.

"I believe what you want in a game like that is to keep him quiet and for our strikers to express their talent".

Asked if he is ready, Alderweireld said: "Yeah, I feel very good. No, it is just linked with the fact that at Wembley you play special games where you are under pressure to perform and we responded well to it every time", Wenger told Arsenal's official website.

Following Tottenham's 2-2 draw with Liverpool last weekend, there were criticisms of some of Mauricio Pochettino's players and their tendency to dive.

January signing Lucas Moura could make the squad after working on his fitness this week while Toby Alderweireld is in line to start after playing 90 minutes against Newport on Wednesday. Full-back Nacho Monreal is also expected to return. He loves a goal against Arsenal, so Petr Cech will have his work cut out if he wants to achieve his milestone. Santi Cazorla (Achilles) remains a long-term absentee.

Arsenal have averaged a point per away game in the Premier League this season and are winless in 15 away matches against the top five clubs.

The sides meet at Wembley for the first time since 1993 in a lunchtime kickoff that has taken on huge importance in the battle to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League.

The Belgium worldwide returned from a three-month layoff against Newport County in the FA Cup fourth-round replay on Wednesday, playing 90 minutes in a 2-0 win at Wembley.

Harry Kane has scored six goals in six Premier League games against Arsenal, only failing to score in one those games - the reverse fixture this season.

He has 35 goals in 36 games for club and country, including three hat-tricks, this season and is ahead of the likes of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar. The Gunners defeated Tottenham 2-0 in the teams' previous meeting this season.

"If it was at White Hart Lane, no chance", Merson said on Sky Sports of Arsenal's prospects.

Wenger insists that the reason they have done so well at Wembley is because they were all big games and they managed to bring their best performance on the day, something that has not been the case in away games this season.
