Victoria Beckham shoots down Spice Girls reunion tour rumours

Victoria Beckham shoots down Spice Girls reunion tour rumours

The megastar was seen out as the rumour mill continues to turn regarding how the Spice Girls reunion, which is set to pocket each of its stars £10m, will take shape. It was really, really lovely.

"She has been told that Meghan was a big fan of the Spice Girls". Like the Spice Girls once did, when they launched their band with one member who was like a baby, one who was posh, one who was scary, one who did sports and one who was ginger.

Now Beckham has spoken out on what's going on and it doesn't look like a tour is on the cards just yet.

Ok, wait, literally THREE DAYS AGO the Spice Girls were all reunited and everybody was ready to go on tour again in a wonderful reunion...

"The Time's Up and #MeToo movements have shone a light on how powerful we can be when we work together to bring about change", Beckham said.

Beckham also shot down the idea of a sequel to 1997 film Spice World. What is that in the future?

Victoria Beckham says there will be no Spice Girls tour. "Brainstorming. But this is what I do".

So maybe Posh Spice is just being a bit coy and this is all part of some elaborate marketing campaign to raise excitement levels when that reunion tour is eventually revealed, or maybe she's telling the truth and we've all just had our collective hopes and dreams crushed. I think there's so much that the brand can do, and it's such a positive message for young kids.

She then looked back to her designs and said: "But this is what I do". But the future won't be Beckham wearing her famous cat suit ever again.

A source spilled: "Simon has formulated the idea of a TV talent show which will have a panel that includes one or more of the girls". Pictured: Spice Girls erform during the Closing Ceremony on Day 16 of the London 2012 Olympic Games at Olympic Stadium on August 12, 2012 in London, England.
