Champions League is back

Champions League is back

Real Madrid face their most important game so far this season when they entertain Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League on Wednesday night in a game which could well determine the rest of their season and the future of both coaches.

Neymar will be relishing his latest draw - PSG's Champions League last 16 double header against Real Madrid - and will want to write some more history with European success this season.

Real are floundering in La Liga this season, sitting in fourth place, 17 points adrift of leaders Barcelona. Previously Ronaldo, who helped Brazil to the 2002 World Cup title and was a crucial cog of the Galacticos wheel, represented the Catalan giants first before moving to Inter Milan and then coming returning to Spain to don the white of Real Madrid.

'In my opinion the great players have to play at this club'. And Ronaldo also lives for the Champions League, a competition he has won four times.

"They [City] can nearly make two teams".

Forget their patchy form this season, Real Madrid are a team transformed once the Champions League anthem plays.

He scored nine times in this season's group stage and his next goal will be his 100th in the competition for Real.

Madrid meanwhile warmed up for the PSG tie with a 5-2 rout of Real Sociedad on Saturday evening with Cristiano Ronaldo bagging a hat-trick.

"We are talking about two great players, but tomorrow is a Real Madrid-PSG, not a Neymar against Cristiano", Zidane added.

Despite the past snub from Neymar and despite the goals he used to score at the Bernabeu for Barcelona - two in three visits - Madrid still see him as a natural fit at a club that regards itself as the natural home of superstars. "I think we are better prepared now and ready to compete". There, they will really love me.

The UEFA Champions League match between Real Madrid and PSG will be broadcast live on Sony Ten Network.

"People think that PSG are already in quarters because Madrid runs through a bad time - no, it's not like that", Silva said. Porto is likely to lose a scoring competition, but goals we are likely to see. Bale possesses a quality of changing the game in an instance and hence, PSG will need Berchiche to have a solid game against the forward.

We'll be showing FREE highlights right here on and the BT Sport app shortly after the final whistle has blown, while the enhanced video player will also continue to be available for subscribers who want to watch the game in full.
