Amy Schumer secretly marries chef Chris Fischer in LA

According to reports from People and Us Weekly, the comedian pulled off an incredibly stealthy secret wedding this week and married her love, chef Chris Fischer, after a few months of dating.

Surprise! Amy Schumer and chef Chris Fischer are married.

In addition to photos of her dogs walking down the aisle and Fischer breaking the glass at the alter, Schumer shared photos of her bridal party, which included sister Kim Caramele, and a photo of Lawrence kissing her on the cheek.

The publication reported that a fellow comedian officiated the nuptials and guests were not permitted to take pictures.

Among those in attendance were celebrity friends Jennifer Aniston, Larry David, David Spade and Judd Apatow.

"Happy Birthday @theellenshow thank you for having us!" she wrote.

Fischer is the author of the critically acclaimed cookbook The Beetlebung Farm Cookbook, which, NBD, won the James Beard Award. "Everyone was having a good time", an insider stated.

Fischer lives on Beetleburg farm in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts where his family has resided since 1961.

Before beginning her relationship with the James Beard award-winning chef in November 2017, Schumer dated furniture designer Ben Hanisch for nearly two years.

By contrast, Amy's previous relationship with Ben Hanisch - which ended in May 2017 - was noticeably more high-profile. He previously served as a chef at The Beach Plum Inn in Martha's Vineyard, a restaurant frequented by Barack and Michelle Obama. The two had dated for a year and a half, after meeting via a dating app.

The "I Feel Pretty" star's best friend and fellow comedienne Bridget Everett told Us Schumer is "very happy" in December.
