Donald Trump Jr. rips Adam Rippon over Mike Pence drama

"Broke my thumb yesterday in practice", he wrote.

Gus shared a photo of the moment, and captioned it: "The Opening Ceremony is a wrap and the 2018 Winter Olympic Gaymes are officially under way!" Kenworthy said, adding that he will be giving his teammates-"and literally everyone else"-an "enthusiastic "thumbs up" while in South Korea".

Said Kenworthy of a meeting with Mike Pence: "I think I've kind of made my opinion on the matter pretty clear".

"I don't want my Olympic experience being about Mike Pence", Rippon said to reporters on Tuesday.

This isn't the first time Kenworthy has thrown a jab at the vice president. And while I'm flattered I'm really just not interested.

He's a medal favorite once again, and hopefully the injury won't bother him too much.

Pence would have been justified in asking that Rippon be dropped from the U.S. Olympic Team. "I think before that, I was kind of like lying by omission, but then when you're actually lying".

Kenworthy, who is openly gay, is scheduled to compete in slopestyle skiing over the weekend.

"When we have people elected into office that believe in conversion therapy and are trying to strip trans rights in the military and do these things that are directly attacking the LGBT community, I have no patience", he told interviewer Don Dahler. Adam Rippon has been setting social media alight since before the Games even started and seems to be doing his best to give us golden quotes daily. "When I was a kid, my life would've been easier if I had someone that was in my position, that was out and gay and proud and successful in their sport".

Pence is the ceremonial leader of the USA delegation in PyeongChang.

Previously US figure skater Adam Rippon said that Pence doesn't stand for anything he himself believes in. At the end of the post he took a not so subtle shot at Pence by saying, "Eat your heart out, Pence".
