More real-life Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ pictures leak

Samsung is all set to unveil its latest flagship smartphones technology at an event on Sunday just a day before the MWC 2018 starts. So what all is coming. "Samsung Electronics will showcase the next generation of Galaxy devices that reimagines the camera and redefines the way you share your moments", said the electronics giant in a statement. Of course it'll be available on Android here but also on iOS here. But that is not all.

Samsung's new device will be the company's first response since the launch of the iPhone X in November. So with the Nokia 7 plus launch, we might see Snapdragon 660 processor launched globally.

During the last weeks, one of the most intense debates about the new Galaxy S9 has been the price that the firm would fix.

Samsung is widely forecast to launch the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus in lilac purple, midnight black, titanium grey and blue coral, although these colors may not hit the market at the same time, and some may not be available in certain countries.

The new Nokia 7 plus smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 660 processor, which is as of now a China exclusive processor. The Galaxy S9 will sport 4GB of RAM on the inside, while its sibling will ship with 6GB of RAM. The bigger S9 Plus will apparently pack dual 12-megapixel rear cameras - a first for the Galaxy S family, even if the Note 8 picked up a second camera past year. Both the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+ will come with a camera that has a variable aperture of F1.5-F2.4.

There's also a lot shown off about the Intelligent Scan facial recognition, the phone's capabilities for AR (with it being opened up for new apps to be developed for it) and the ability to scan and translate words on the go.

We'll also guide you through a few other useful tips including a simple way to check your upgrade status and some trade-in ideas for those of you looking to cut down the Galaxy S9's price. Interestingly, two other Nokia phones may also share the spotlight during the event, namely, the Nokia 7 Plus and the Nokia 4. This will be an cheap phone, most likely priced under Rs 5000 in India, and will have entry-level specs.

A complete design overhaul is being rumoured for Sony, which, if it happens would be a welcome relief from the fixed boxy design the company has been going with for the past years. But the Xperia XZ2 may turn out to be a phone that finally brings something fresher, a new look to the Xperia phones. Incredibly, LG may not reveal a flagship phone at this show, according to reports. Right now there is not much information about this Asus phone. The phone comes with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. While the device was launched with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, it has received the Oreo update as well. The official presentation of the gadget is expected in the framework of the exhibition MWC 2018 in Barcelona on February 25. Similar is the sentiment from Huawei, although we know that the flagship Huawei P20 will possibly come only in March. Well, "take the wraps off" isn't exactly accurate, since there really aren't any wraps left on Samsung's upcoming new phones.
